All winning bidders will be responsible for payment. Failure to make payment within 48 hours of the auction ending may result in being banned from future auctions or charged storage fees.. Sales tax will be charged to Nebraska bidders.  Auctioneer will not honor bidder mistakes. All sales are final.

We do our best to represent items. Occasionally, an item will inadvertently be mis-represented or there may be an error in the item listing. In those rare situations, we will allow returns on those items. Returns are only accepted up until 5:30PM MST on the Thursday for the current week of auctions. For example, the Tuesday night auction begins at 5:30PM MST on Tuesday. You have 48 hours to return the item in question. Auction house staff will determine if a refund is given. We pay our sellers on the Friday following the auction(s). Therefore it is important to contact us regarding a refund before Thursday at 5:30 PM MST. Refunds will not be allowed after the 5:30 MST Thursday cut off each week.
