If you are the winning bidder and you need the item shipped to you, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping charges will cover actual cost of shipping and packaging. We do not over charge for shipping!
Online bidders are responsible for their purchases. Items are described through written descriptions and pictures to the best of our ability. Items sell AS IS, with no guarantees unless stated by the auction block. Appliances and merchandise that cannot be tested onsite will have a 48 hour money back guarantee from date of auction. Online bidders must pay in full and pickup merchandise within 48 hours of auction unless contact or other arrangements are made. A $5 per week per auction storage fee will be enforced if merchandise is not picked up within 48 hours following auction unless arrangements are made. Violation of this policy may result in a bidder being banned from future auctions. Please contact us with any questions regarding the bidding process or if you run into difficulty at 308-631-4886. New bidders will be contacted the following day of your first auction to discuss payment options. Mailed payments need to be sent to, Biditbob Auctions, POB 2613, Scottsbluff, NE 69361-2613.
Cash, credit or debit cards, paypal or money orders accepted forms of payment. Businesses and corporations have check writing approval. Payment by check subject to management approval and/or check verification with a 1.5% processing charge. Invoices will be sent following the end of the auction. All winning bidders will be responsible for payment. Failure to make payment within 48 hours of the auction ending may result in being banned from future auctions. Sales tax will be charged to Nebraska bidders. Local online bidders will be responsible for 7% buyers premium for purchases if paid by cash, money order, or check. 10% buyers premium applies for purchases paid by credit, debit card or paypal. All other bidders will be responsible for 12% buyers premium for purchases if paid by cash, money order, or check. 15% buyers premium for purchases paid by credit, debit card or paypal. Appliances and merchandise that cannot be tested onsite will have a 48 hour money back guarantee from date of auction. All sales are final. The bidder is responsible for knowing which items they are bidding on. Auctioneer will not honor bidder mistakes.
We do our best to represent items. Occasionally, an item will inadvertently be mis-represented or there may be an error in the item listing. In those rare situations, we will allow returns on those items. Returns are only accepted up until 5:30PM MST on the Thursday for the current week of auctions. For example, the Tuesday night auction begins at 5:30PM MST on Tuesday. You have 48 hours to return the item in question. Auction house staff will determine if a refund is given. We pay our sellers on the Friday following the auction(s). Therefore it is important to contact us regarding a refund before Thursday at 5:30 PM MST. Refunds will not be allowed after the 5:30 MST Thursday cut off each week.
