Identification and proof of payment to Bid It Bob Auction must be presented within ten days of the end of the auction at the time the item(s) are picked up. We do our best to represent items. Occasionally, an item will inadvertently be mis-represented or there may be an error in the item listing. In those rare situations, we will allow returns on those items. Returns are only accepted up until 5:30PM MST on the Thursday for the current week of auctions. For example, the Tuesday night auction begins at 5:30PM MST on Tuesday. You have 48 hours to return the item in question. Auction house staff will determine if a refund is given. We pay our sellers on the Friday following the auction(s). Therefore it is important to contact us regarding a refund before Thursday at 5:30 PM MST. Refunds will not be allowed after the 5:30 MST Thursday cut off each week.
